Chapter 32

The northern supply depot was a massive, industrial complex bathed in harsh, artificial security lights. The midnight air was freezing, carrying the sharp scent of diesel and saltwater. Adrian’s armored convoy arrived in absolute silence, completely undetected by the southern cartel's perimeter guards. Adrian stepped out of his SUV, shrugging on a heavy, dark tactical vest over his tailored shirt. He carried a suppressed automatic weapon, moving with the terrifying, fluid grace of an apex predator.

"Thermal imaging shows forty hostiles inside the main warehouse, Boss," Leo whispered over the encrypted comms.

"Box them in," Adrian commanded, his volume incredibly low but absolute. "No survivors. Let their bodies send the message."

On Adrian’s signal, the Hale operatives breached the heavy steel doors with synchronized, muffled explosive charges. The firefight erupted instantly. The cartel mercenaries were heavily armed but entirely unprepared for the surgical, overwhelming violence of a synchronized Mafia strike team.

Adrian moved through the chaos without seeking deep cover. He fired with flawless, robotic precision, dropping men before they could even raise their weapons. The sharp cracks of suppressed gunfire echoed through the cavernous space. Within six minutes, the warehouse was completely secured. The southern threat was annihilated.

"Check the cargo," Adrian ordered, his breathing perfectly even, completely unfazed by the slaughter surrounding him. He walked over to the cartel lieutenant, who was bleeding out on the concrete floor. "You brought poison into my city," Adrian stated coldly, aiming his weapon. The man didn't have time to answer before the final shot was fired.
